Rental rates for 2008

$825.00 Cdn per week 2-4 persons
(See currency converter below.)

Additional persons $50.00 Cdn per person per week.
(There is a pullout sofa in the living-room.)

There is an additional $150.00 Cdn per week charge
during the "Festival of the Madonna della Libera"
.

Included in the rate:

  • bedding and towels for 6 persons
  • cleaning of the apartment prior to each guest arrival
  • sufficient cutlery and dishes for 6 persons
  • basic food kit

We do offer a reduction for longer stays.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Payment

A $225.00 Cdn non-refundable deposit is required at the
time your reservation is confirmed.

The balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.

  • Bank Draft in Canadian dollars.
