Rental rates for 2010

 $800.00 - $850.00 Cdn per week 2-4 persons

Early bookings made prior to January 30th will receive a 10% discount!
There is an additional charge of $150.00 Cdn per week during ”the Festival of the Madonna della Libera”. (festival is for a week beginning on the 1st Sunday in May)
We offer a reduction for longer stays.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Included in the rate:
- bedding and towels for 6 persons.
- Cleaning of the apartment prior to each guest arrival (for long-term stays additional cleaning provided)
- sufficient cutlery and dishes for 6 persons
- basic food kit

Payment
- Deposit: a non-refundable $300.00 Cdn deposit is required at time of booking to hold the booking firm.
- Balance of Payment: For stays of two weeks or less, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the apartment.
- For stays of longer than two weeks, additional deposit requirements may apply.
Forms of payment:
- Visa, MasterCard or
- Bank Draft in Canadian dollars.
